Justin Quinn Davis

Law Clerk

Justin Quinn Davis first joined Dreyer Boyajian as a Law Clerk in January of 2023.  Now, Mr. Davis is fresh out of law school and is eager to put his education to practice whilst working on a variety of state and federal litigation matters under the direct supervision of Partners Donald Boyajian, James Peluso, and William Dreyer; together, that trio has over 100 years of experience handling a variety of high-profile cases.

Mr. Davis graduated summa cum laude from both the University at Albany and Albany Law School.  For nearly every summer of high school and undergrad, Mr. Davis worked in construction, which colors his perspective of analyzing construction accident cases.  In his youth, Mr. Davis survived a 55 MPH head-on motor vehicle accident, and he often looks to this experience when assisting clients who are recovering or grieving from traumatic incidents.  As a teenager, Mr. Davis was bitten by a dog with known violent propensities but opted not to bring suit, as the owner was a Vietnam veteran and friend of the community of New Paltz.  Mr. Davis may be young, but he has experienced personal injuries, seen breaches of the standard of care on construction sites, and knows how hard it is to pick up the phone and choose to fight for what you are legally entitled to during your darkest hour.  Don’t just find a law firm that can win your case; find one that has seen it all, experienced it all, and is personally invested in righting wrongs.  Mr. Davis hopes to add depth to the ever-growing knowledge of the Dreyer Boyajian team and is devoted to achieving positive outcomes for all his clients.

He grew up in New Paltz, New York, where he played Varsity Football, Wrestling, and Track.  He also sang in the New Paltz High School choir and drama club.  Notably, he was selected to the New York Area All-State Choir as a Bass 1, and Ulster County Choir as a Bass 2.  Justin plans to build a life in the Capital Region and looks forward to representing the good people of upstate New York.  If you are looking for Justin during off hours, you can probably find him playing basketball at the various parks and courts around Albany.  If you find him there, feel free to ask for a friendly game of one-on-one!
